TATOC has been actively involved in the discussions regarding the new Timeshare Directive which is due to be implemented in to national law by all European Union member states no later than 23rd February 2011.
As part of the implementation process in the UK, the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) issued a consultation paper in July.
