For the hardy, there are activities such as hill walking, pony trekking and golf. Galway is the nearest large town, just 19 mile away, and is a thriving regional centre with plenty to see and do.
The resort is a cluster of six, two and three bedroom Irish style, thatched, cottages, owned exclusively by its timeshare owners through Connemara Country Club. There are no facilities on site – just the peace and quiet to enjoy.
