TATOC - Timeshare Association

TATOC is the “Timeshare Association for Timeshare Owners and Committees”. Established in 1989 TATOC has been serving the timeshare community for more than 25 years, and is the largest consumer-representative body for timeshare owners in Europe.

Today, TATOC has more than 90 resort members throughout Europe representing around 400,000 timeshare families. In addition to resort membership there is an individual membership scheme for timeshare owners or other interested individuals who wish to become a personal member.

Proud to be run ‘by timeshare owners for timeshare owners’, TATOC’s mission is “To safeguard and enhance the timeshare holiday experience for existing and prospective users and to be the voice of owners”

TATOC is now recognised as the authoritative voice of timeshare owners. TATOC has visited both the European Commission and European Parliament and provided evidence to the House of Lords as representatives of timeshare owners. TATOC is recognised by, and works in conjunction with, all appropriate UK Government Agencies including Citizens Advice, the UK European Consumer Centre, the Competition and Markets Authority, Trading Standards, and many others, as well as police forces, solicitors and banks across the country.

TATOC also has an independent Timeshare Consumer Helpline which is a registered charity providing information, help and advice to consumers.
