TATOC’s Health-Check service has been developed in response to requests from resort committees and owners. The service is available to independent, mature resorts and those that no longer have an active developer. It has been designed to help resorts tackle the challenges they face in today’s challenging business environment.
The Health-Check service is free of charge and provides analysis and professional advice on every aspect of the current resort operation. This includes financial projections, membership opportunities and threats facing the resort. The Health-Check panel will consist of experienced professionals and timeshare experts, and includes an accountant, solicitor, trustee, an analyst and any other skilled professional appropriate to the resort.
TATOC’s resort Health-Check is not a ‘one-size fits all’ process. It is modular, expert-driven and individually designed, to meet the needs of the particular resort. Following the Health-Check visit and detailed discussions with the resort a report is produced suggesting where the future may lie for the resort if no action is taken. The report will make recommendations and suggestions on actions and improvements to assist the resort.
