TATOC would like advise all who have recently had dealings with any company concerning the sale of fractional units and any other discussions concerning Lakeview Country Club to go to the Telos (IOM) website and read the very important legal notice. http://www.telos.im/page1.html. Telos has put a request on their website for anyone that has paid a “reservation fee” in respect of a fractional purchase at Lakeview to contact them. This is an attempt to trace “clients” that have paid money to Bavington which should have been paid on to Telos.
We have also had information that Telos are communicating with Bavington through their lawyers Charles Fussell & Co of Adam House, 7/10 Adam Street, London WC2N 6AA.
