Consumer alertWARNING: Owners from Diamond Resorts, Flamingo and Pueblo Evita are being targeted by Patrick McCullagh Debt Management.

It has been brought to our attention that Patrick McCullagh Debt Management is issuing warnings to timeshare consumers about outstanding management fees and demanding payment. Owners at Diamond Resorts are currently being targeted.

These letters are completely fraudulent and should be totally ignored.

TATOC's investigations have shown that the company is currently targeting many timeshare owners with letters threathening legal action and the possibility of a country court judgement if payment is not made. The bank the payments are to be paid into is based at the NatWest Bank, High Road, Ilford, Essex.

TATOC would like to confirm that this company has no involvement with Diamond Resorts in any way.

TATOC urges anyone who receives any written or verbal communication from this company to contact TATOC immediately on the Helpline number (0845 230 2430).
