It has been brought to the attention of TATOC that ITRA is now offering a new timeshare disposal service to members.
ITRA, which has offices in Spain, has been the subject of a number of consumer alerts in the past and is a regular on the TATOC monthly cold callers list.
TATOC urges all timeshare owners to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.
Before agreeing to any course of action or paying any money, timeshare owners should take advice from their own resort to avoid having a nasty surprise when invoices for the annual maintenance fees are sent out. If your resort does not receive change of ownership details, you will still be the registered owner and could be legally liable to pay the fee.
