It has been brought to the attention of TATOC that two companies, Holiday Opportunities and Timeshare Relief are targeting Macdonald owners.
Representatives are telling owners that they can hand over the ownership of their Macdonald weeks for a fee of £3,000 per week. When pressed for further information, they are telling owners that they have a business agreement with Macdonald Resorts to offer this service.
The companies have different websites but the sites are linked and they share the same postal address.
TATOC is advising all Macdonald owners to proceed with caution if contacted by either of these firms. Both organisations have featured on TATOC's monthly cold callers list. For further advice please contact the TATOC helpline.
