Consumer alert Olton AlexanderIt has been brought to the attention of TATOC that Silverpoint owners are being targeted by 'legal firm' Olton Alexander with a bogus class action.

TATOC urges all Silverpoint members to act with extreme caution if they are contacted by representatives of this company.

Paperwork seen by the TATOC Consumer Helpline team looks very professional and convincing and the Association is concerned that some owners will fall for the scam.
