It has been brought to the attention of the TATOC Consumer Helpline that Sunline Advisory (also calling themselves Sunline Direct and Sunline International) is actively cold calling Diamond Resort owners offering rental weeks, the disposal of timeshare and a service to issue claims under the Consumer Credit Act, after the receipt of an upfront fee.
Diamond Resorts confirms the companies have no affiliation with them in any way.
The TATOC Consumer Helpline always recommends timeshare owners never to deal with cold callers, however plausible or appealing.
