If I wish to sell my timeshare do I have to comply with the European Timeshare Directive?

In general terms the European Timeshare Directive< only applies to those who are selling “in the course of business”.

So, if you are selling your own timeshare in a private capacity you are not bound by the European Timeshare Directive
