Where can I find the rules governing my resort?

Most European resorts are set up under what is known as the Club Trustee System. This means that there is usually an unincorporated members club, membership of which entitles you to occupy the property.

The rules for the Club are set out in the Constitution. You should have received a copy of this when you purchased but if you do not have it then it should be possible to obtain one from either the Owner’s Committee or Resort Management.
