What are maintenace fees for?

Why do I need to pay fees to my resort?

It is necessary to ensure the continued success of the resort where you own and this can only be undertaken through the charging of an annual maintenace fee.

Maintenance fees cover all the ongoing costs associated with the upkeep and day-to-day running of the resort e.g. the gardens, swimming pool cleaning, insurance, resort staff, security, reception etc.
