Booking Note *
C onfirmation of registration and receipt will be issued to the address and delegate first named on the booking form. Delegates accommodation includes all meals and Conference Partners accommodation includes bed and breakfast and Friday and Saturday Dinner only. Written notification of cancellation received before 31st January 2008 will receive a full refund, after the 31st January refunds will not normally apply unless the places can be sold. Refunds cannot be given for failure to attend.
