There are a number of pieces of legislation pending or in consultation that will affect timeshare owners and their resorts both in the UK and across Europe.

TATOC has been part of the consultation process on a number of these, seeking feedback from their members to represent their views and keeping members informed in detail.

Some are timeshare specific, others more general.
