Rhinefield House is built on the site of a royal hunting lodge, set in 40 acres of landscaped grounds in the beautiful New Forest area. The East Wing character apartments are situated on three floors (no lifts). The mainline railway station at Brockenhurst is three miles away. Bournemouth, Salisbury, Portsmouth, and Southampton are within easy reach, and London is just a two-hour rail journey. There are no organised activities on-site, and a car is recommended.
Accommodation consists of 14 attractive period independent co-ownership holiday apartments, two 1 bedroom (sleep up to 4 ), eleven 2 bedroom (sleep up to 6) and one 3 Bedroom (1 double, 2 singles sleep up to 6) each with sofa bed in the lounge. Many of these are available for weekly resale purchase or weekly/ occasional part rental throughout the year.
Each apartment has its own private lounge with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and separate bedrooms. In each case the main bedroom comes with en-suite bathroom and the twelve apartments with a 2nd bedroom have either a further en-suite bathroom or independent facilities in the internal hallway.
Electricity usage and telephone calls are metered and paid for on departure, as is any food and drink taken in the hotel facilities.
